Pesantez Roofing LLC
“Miguel Soto with Persantez Roofing LLC came recommended by another local home contractor. He came out within a few days and thoroughly inspected both the roof and attic, confirming that a leak around my chimney was caused by the flashing.
From that first call through project completion, Miguel was consistently courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The work was scheduled promptly, completed with little disruption, and the craftsmanship was excellent. No more leaks, the flashing looks great, and it was all done at a competitive price.
What impressed me most was when I realized the replacement shingles we’d selected were much lighter than my existing shingles. When I mentioned it to Miguel, he immediately agreed a darker shade would look better and had them changed the next day. When I thanked him, he said, “It would have bothered me too if it were my house.”
Thank you, Miguel and Persantez Roofing LLC, for caring about the finished result and making this a very positive experience.”
