“This past summer I had waterproof vinyl plank flooring and new stair carpeting installed in my basement family room. I chose Lowe's in Leominster because they use East Coast Flooring for the installation work. East Coast Flooring had high marks for their installation work from the staff at Lowe's in Leominster and had great reviews as well. The stair carpeting install was well done by the great team of Diego and Luis. The vinyl plank flooring install was done by another team and had a couple of unexpected issues. Eric could have put in a reducer at the cost of $100 only to remove it and throw it away and replace it when I replaced my threshold tread in the upcoming future, but advised me to use a metal cover that was free rather than have me pay for the rubber reducer twice.
