Total vision is totally great! The staff is so kind so connecting the doctor was amazing. Getting frames was fast and easy.- I can’t say enough about Monica at the front desk - What a hot ticket she is! I wanted to take a moment to thank Monica Rodriguez at the front desk. She is always friendly, resourceful, cheerful, and quick in her customer service. Before we left for Europe for three months, she was able to get me inventory on short notice to last for the trip (contacts) and just today was able to source one contact and set up a follow up appointment quickly. She is solutions oriented and every medical establishment needs this type of personality at the front desk – they are the face of the business and Monica makes your Mystic location five stars!!!
My entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Zuleika was extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. She helped me find the right style glasses for me and when I picked them up she helped me to understand how best to get used to my new lenses. She spent time adjusting the fit and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend this location!
