Would love to give Sunrise more than 5 stars if I could! Working with Kevin was great from start to finish. He was incredibly professional with time and communication throughout the whole process. On the day of the inspection both Kevin and DJ came and I was beyond impressed with their attention to detail and knowledge as well as both of their clear passions for what they do. I’m not easily impressed, but Kevin got me. Every single thing that I thought he wouldn’t notice, he had already taken into account by the time I mentioned it. This guy went through every nook and cranny with my husband for hours and found numerous troublesome issues. This was a bit more than we had paid in the past with a different company (long before we knew of him), but WOW - there was a difference. I cannot stress this enough, USE KEVIN. He was recommended by our pro agent, Samantha Smith. I trusted her judgment and we were not disappointed. We will likely be hiring Kevin again to review any follow up work that is completed and get his stamp of approval... read full review

Kevin from Sunrise Home Inspections was incredible. He was so thorough inspecting our new home and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and he was kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. You can tell Kevin genuinely cares about the homes and the people he works with. Even weeks after we received his in depth report we had follow up questions and he was just as helpful and responsive as he was on inspection day. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in his clients, Kevin is the person to call. We cannot recommend him enough!
