RSR Residential

RSR Residential is a family-owned and operated business and a New England staple for many years. The team of experts provides exceptional customer service with a commitment to sealing comfort and quality on every job. RSR Residential specializes in roofing, siding, waterproofing, and window installation for residential and commercial properties across Connecticut and Rhode Island. The highly skilled team offers quick response times, meticulous craftsmanship, and a dedication to excellence.

Customers say RSR beat the big boys by thousands of dollars, offering first-rate materials and a 50-year warranty. Everyone from sales, project, and labor teams was friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. One customer had a beautiful new roof installed in 2 days that solved a kitchen leak. Estimates came quickly in writing, with digital signing online, samples, and easy deposits. Project managers were friendly and professional, pitching in to assist the labor crew. Foremen and their teams had done hundreds of jobs together, stripping shingles, adding plywood, sealing, boots, and CertainTeed shingles for a great looking 50-year roof. A partner solar company means a new roof and solar quote will not void the roof warranty.

RSR showed up early, finished shingles the same day, kept a project manager on site, cleaned up well, and took great care not to cause damage. They handled storm damage, drone inspections, written contracts, written warranties, insurance requirements, schedules, building inspector photos, and answered emails within 24 hours. They left the property spotless. Customers highly recommend RSR Residential for courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness.
