Ronald Medwick is completely fine but the receptionists at the front can be very rude if not passive-aggresive. Is it really that hard to be nice and humble?

Horrible experience. I have been waiting for my contact order for four months. I have gotten excuse after excuse, and have felt some of them are outright lies. Although I have requested several times for follow up, I have never gotten a return phone call, and more than that I have been brushed off when I finally do talk with someone. I suggest you find another provider.

Needless to say I was highly unimpressed with Dr. Medwick's Mystic Office. 1. The Mystic office looks like the basement of someone's home. I don't think the place has been renovated since the 1970s. Minor point, but it should have been a clue to as what was in store. 2. All of the equipment in the exam room looks to be from the 1970s as well. Again, not an indication of the quality of the service provided, but somewhat disconcerting. 3. I did not see Dr. Medwick wash his hands. Why is this a big deal? Well because he used his fingers to remove my contacts. He may have washed his hands before entering the room, but the fact he touched a number of surfaces... read full review
