I love Tonya the doc's assistant. She KNOWS her frames and how to fit them properly. Love her. The Dr Wagner, meh! He's moody, rude, and can't get my left eye to see clearly. I went back to him and told him my right eye sees perfectly well, my left eye sees double with the prescription. He was so rude to me. He acted as if I was putting him out. I tried to explain everything, especially noticable at night where things are lit up, are all doubled in my left eye. He behaved as if he wanted to debate me. I got up to leave. I wanted out of there so badly, but then he got pissy and said "ARE WE GONNA DO THIS OR WHAT!" I can't put myself through... read full review

I've been in healthcare for over 23 years and NEVER been treated so rudely. The doctor was very short with me & questioned ,several times, whether my insurance would even cover my exam . I have one of the best health insurance policies available and was insulted by the innuendo.A couple of months later I received a bill for over $230.00. I called the office, was told I hadn't met my deductible ( I don't have a deductible) and had to pay. I called my insurance, BC/B.S., and they had no record of any bill even being submitted by OptiMystic Eye Group.My advice...go someplace where you'll be treated with respect and common decency.
