Mystic River Paintworks did our house a few years ago and they never came back to fix a few areas. They DO NOT HONOR their warantee. I called numerous times and left messages. The owner never called back.

At first, the painters did a good job. But after I paid the owner the total balance due and realized that some things were poorly completed, he argued with me over the phone, and refused to come see the bad results I was referring to. He never came back and made it right. Do not pay him in full before you review every part of the painting project and ensure you are satisfied with the job done. He will not come back and make it right.

Be sure to thoroughly check your project to make sure everything is done correctly before you pay them. Several surfaces were painted very poorly at my house. I paid him in full ($13,000) then asked him to send the crew back to fix the issues. He argued with me without ever seeing the problems and then never came back to correct them. Money wasted.
