Great Staff. I'm fairly active and sometimes overdo it. Cynthia has helped get back into my routine much, much faster than I could by myself. The facility is also very well equipped. Thank you!
I have a lot of knee pain.
Katie has given me a lot of new exercises.
Which has helped strengthen muscles around my knee. When I go for physical therapy, it's a non-stop hour of exercise. My knee pain is much less with the intensity of the right exercises. If you're tired of going to physical therapy, not getting any results, I would definitely go to independent physical therapy and see Katie.
She is a great physical therapist.
