I had the absolute BEST massage from Linda Kennedy! She took the time to discuss all my concerns and aches and pains. She then proceeded to work out all the stiffness and tightness. I am literally moving parts of my body that haven’t moved in a very long time! I will be scheduling a monthly appointment for massage with Linda!I highly recommend Health in Harmony, you will not be disappointed!

Shelley is a PRO, she really knows health and skin care, and I totally trust her with my mid-life delicate skin, which she gets to glow. She's got a great personality and the lightness and good energy infuse her whole place, making you feel welcome and pampered. I'm so thankful to have found her!
