The spa is clean and well-run, and the entire staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. The owner especially stands out — she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond in a way you don’t see at most places.

I had extremely thin eyebrows and had been considering eyebrow tattoo but was nervous because I’ve had friends who got it done and were not pleased with the results. Sarah was extremely professional and even got me in early before her new studio was set up. Sarah takes her time and makes sure the results are what you are looking for. I am extremely pleased with my results.“

“I went to Mateo House of Beauty for the Japanese head spa, and it was honestly amazing. Mateo was so sweet from the moment I walked in, and the whole place had such a relaxing, aesthetic vibe. The treatment was completely worth it — the difference in my scalp in the before and after photos was incredible. I have curly hair and a sensitive scalp, so I’m usually super cautious about what products I use to avoid irritation or flare-ups. Knowing that Mateo used natural oils made me feel so relieved, and that soothing, tingly sensation let me know the treatment was really doing its job. On top of that, the full body massage and facial were fantastic. I also loved that I was the only person in the salon during my appointment — it made the whole experience feel extra peaceful and refreshing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients.
