When we first bought this house over a decade ago, we sifted through a handful of plumbers who seemed to care more about what their handbook said than what my wife and I were saying. It wasn't until we found the team at Carboni when we realized what we were missing out on. A true connection with their customers that really makes you feel like you are in good hands. Our well pump failed without warning.
I called James Carbonic plumbing and talked to Robin, one of the owners. I explained our situation. Her husband Bob came out to diagnose the problem about two hours after the initial call. He found the problem, provided a rough estimate.
We told him to do the job. Two men came to the house the following morning, went to work right away. Two hours later the job was done neat and clean. Very professional. I recommend them highly.
Beautiful showroom. Chelsea in showroom is very knowledgable and good to work with. When Bob came out to measure our bathroom he was very nice and experienced too. Haven't contracted yet. Still thinking about what we want. But very good chance we will. Thank u all
