It breaks my heart to give 3 stars. I've been coming to Yumi Nails for two years. Jason, the former owner, was so nice and focused on the customer's experience being a positive one. If my nails didn't last 2-3 weeks at a minimum, he would make sure to make it right. He recently sold the shop, and I'm already seeing signs of a struggle. My first two appointments were good. I asked for the same technician, but although they were different (Rosa and Alexandria), they were good. This last time, I was Alexandria wasn't there, but she was. Clean. Affordable. Friendly. Convenient.
This salon checks every box! They use clean instruments, the prices are the best around, and the staff is always welcoming. Bonus: it’s right next to Dunkin’ Donuts! Highly recommend!
Love this nail salon! I’ve moved and haven’t found anything as great as this place so whenever I go back I make sure to visit. The prices, service, and free massages are exceptional!
