I feel that both Doctors that I've experienced are not personable. I know everyone is scared of Covid, in which I did not have. I had Smoke inhalation which caused me to have a cough and chills. I was given a cough Syrup It helped a little. This doctor just checked my breathing.The next week I felt worse due to me inhaling cleaning products and I felt bad all over again with chills, swollen glands and my ears hurt. I knew I had a sinus infection. But the Doctor that examine me from afar off and just check my breathing gave me a feeling like they do not want to touch "people of color." Excellent surgeon and staff. I had major spinal surgery and stayed 4 days. Everyone was so friendly. They arrive quickly after i rang the call bell and really made sure i was on the entire time. Plus it’s such a beautiful hospital, sometimes i feel like we’re in a hotel. ?

Dr. John at Monroe urgent care was just so great with my 3 year old when she had an ear infection. She still waves hello when we drive pass the building and says "hi nice doctor!"
