Everyone on staff is patient, gentle and understanding with my anxious dog who doesn't like vet visits. My dog is seen on-time so there's no waiting and the basic tests are done quickly and efficiently.

Came here looking for help because my holden retriever isn't feeling well. This "animal hospital" has their front door locked because of "COVID" reasons. See the attached picture of the front of their facility denying access. This is similar to a hospital for humans locking their front door. It makes no sense and shouldn't be called a "hospital." I contacted the phone number on the locked front door and a female staff member picked up the telephone. I asked if someone could come to the front door or come outside to speak with me. I have been home in CT for the past few months due to COVID - I go to school in Ohio, and my sweet pup had only been to the vet's office there. I needed to get her rabies booster, and this office was SO accomodating! Even with the virus going on, they were so thorough and took all the necessary precautions. They took amazing care of my pup and were so kind! (Also - my older dog has been going here for her entire life..they take great care of her as well, I was just writing this review now since they did so good with a new client!)
