I had to get body work done for my car. I got the appointment through my insurance , check in and check out was very smooth , work done was excellent the only thing was communication, I almost called 5 times to get an update, I would have loved a proactive communication. I didn’t get my car on schedule time due to parts delivery but that was expected due to supply chain issue still going around. Overall I had a good experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair

After recently getting into an accident, I had literally on the spot while on scene of the accident filled out my insurance information, being in a panic I picked Steven's collision center not really knowing much about them other then the fact they were quick to get me in. As soon as I stepped foot in there my experience was beyond pleasant. I was completely set up with the car rental service and did not have to worry about a thing other then dropping my car off to begin repairs. When it came time to pick up my car, the woman at the front desk was beyond friendly, and extremely pleasant to deal with, also very informative.
