not going to lie haven't always had the best experience in this store ! HOWEVER, there's a different staff and they are wonderful. Backstory and this is relevant . i've worn the same signature fragrance for over 20 years and had a baby unexpected at 40 years old dealing with major postpartum and my fragrance completely changed. I literally spent the entire last year trying to find a signature fragrance and no matter what I try. I just didn't like I've literally done six different trips to the store spending a lot of time ordered so many off-line and then finally one girl gave me her entire undivided attention and has literally been phenomenal
I visited Sephora on February 28, 2026, and the store was extremely crowded. I understand busy days happen, but I was disappointed that when I asked two associates for help, both told me to “hold on” and never came back. That part of the experience felt dismissive and frustrating.
That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The Saint Laurent representative was incredibly kind and informative. Even though I wasn’t initially shopping the brand, he took the time to educate me on the products and made sure I felt acknowledged.

I had a makeup appointment with Lily ahead of a ball I was attending. She did a phenomenal job, and took the time to explain the products she was using and techniques she was using! I've never felt more beautiful than I did after this visit. Can't recommend her highly enough!
