About Queens Nail
Queens Nail offers a generally positive experience for customers, highlighted by clean facilities and friendly staff. Many appreciate the attention to detail in services, especially gel manicures, which have received high praise. However, there have been complaints regarding the tipping policy, with some customers feeling pressured to tip a specific amount rather than leaving what they choose. While most visits are enjoyable, the tipping situation has left a negative impression on some first-time clients. Overall, making an appointment is recommended, as the salon can get busy, but the quality of service tends to keep customers coming back.
Visited for the first time today. The service was good with the exception of 1 nail... that's a little distorted in shape..I didn't get to mention because I was distracted on a conversation about the gratuity...although I'm a fan on providing gratuity for exceptional service... I don't think it should be a forced business practice... I began to leave a tip and then was told my tip was not accepted it had to be a certain amount...(by percentage) by my observation I saw other customers leaving what they wanted with no rejection. I've never been told what I have to do with my own money that I earn... although good business for nail service...it a customers choice/not forced.....read full review
Never had a bad experience here, wound up going to Queens after a high priced salon in Milford booked me and then didn't have time to do what I wanted. Best to make an appointment rather than walk in because they do get busy.
Clean, super nice staff and one of the best gel manicure's I've ever gotten. Cora is the sweetest human and pays attention to the tiniest details when doing your nails. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!
