Lighthouse Vision is a professional and welcoming eye care practice located in Milford, CT. The staff, including the friendly and efficient front desk team, strive to provide a pleasant experience for all patients. The skilled optometrist, Dr. Dincher, is knowledgeable and takes the time to address patient questions and concerns, especially when it comes to dry eye treatment. The office offers a full-service optical with a great selection of eyewear, allowing patients to feel valued and cared for. Patients appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, with amenities like hot tea and iced water available while they wait. Lighthouse Vision is not just a medical facility, but a place where the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the people who come through the door.
I don't normally leave reviews, If I do - it's either to warn or rave. This is a rave. I've been to a much larger eye group in the area and it was never particularly pleasant but as soon as I walked through the door at Lighthouse Vision it was very clear I was in an office very different from the bigger one I went to before. Actually any doctor's office for that matter. The relaxed atmosphere is palpable. It is bright and open and you can tell the place is cared for. Hot tea and iced water is available while you wait - which wasn't long. You are not met by a group of over-worked stressed out front desk staff in a glass box stacked with folders, clip boards, cups of pens, doing twenty things at once who are obviously praying you're the last patient of the day even though it's only noon. The staff -Thais, Angie and Kim (I hope I got their names right) are friendly and welcoming. They are working but this office is clearly NOT a money machine. They obviously care for this office and the people who come. here. Dr. Dincher who owns the practice is super thorough, takes his time, and is easy to talk to. While I'm sure he wouldn't mind, it's clear Dr. Dincher is not in this field to become a millionaire. I kinda wanted to hang out with him for a while longer but he had other patients waiting. : )
Angie, Kim, and Mevelyn are the dream team! They always create a warm, friendly and fun environment. They go out of their way to be helpful. I am a hard one to keep track of too 😅 It is great when an office has it all together. It builds trust and confidence in the practice.
Dr. Dincher and everyone at Lighthouse Vision are so kind, patient, and supportive. Highly recommend!!
