All the coaches here are extremely knowledgeable and they really love teaching mixed martial arts. The environment is really supportive and you have a lot of fun in class. Out of all the gyms I’ve been a member of, this gym is by far the best!

This place is amazing! No matter what age or gender Nick Newell and his whole staff welcome you with open arms. I have been training 8+ years and this is the best facility it CT for martial arts. Highly recommend 🫡

I started training at around 215 pounds and now I compete in kickboxing at 145. You don’t need to compete to learn how to fight. This gym is for all skill levels from beginner to pro(literally). Best facility in CT by far.
