Normally I don't write reviews but I am surprised by the treatment I received today from the girl. She was quite rude and looked at us in a very ugly way. When she gave me the receipt, she was abrupt and when asked something, she did it in a harsh and unkind way. Polite, they should put people in there to attract customers. This is the first time this has happened to me in this place. They have always been very friendly and today she made him look bad. I feel disappointed.

Rude rude rude one worker there Cidala needs serious lessons about customer service. Extremely rude after a number of good experiences with someone called Prema . I went and Cidala was there told me she doesn't take walkins .. which is fine but the way she said is weird anyway I asked her ok can I take an appointment she said she doesn't know?. Ok how can I take she told IDONT KNOW!!! Ok I can next week in hopes honestly of finding Prema and not her I still found her so I looked around and found a way to book an appointment for the following week. Appointment was accepted reminders sent.. all good. Went 5 min early and there she was again and I told her ok I have a 1230 appointment she told me no???? I had an appointment she told me to take it up with corporate... ?? Corporate what?? I just want my eyebrows done for goodness sake.. and then she told me that she was amwith a customer and I was rude.. and asked me to leave?? This lady has serious stress issues and treats her customers very bad .. I don't even know how to describe it. I was talking about it to some of my neighbors and they had similar experiences and I look at the reviews and it looks like she does this to a lot of people... weird is an understatement.. never setting foot there.. and I recommend that the management of this place takes it seriously if they want to stay in business.

they ruined my eyebrows ! first when I went to get them done I asked for a brow and tint service. it looked good at first but than in 5 days they looked weird and not the lamination effect anymore . I called and went back and cedalia the woman who works there asked me if id like it laminated or tinted again. first off , why are u asking me if your the professional one? second I said whatever you think is best . and than she agreed with laminating them again and she did . the next two days after My appt my hair was gone . legit my eyebrows had a lot of breakage and i have bald spots , her as a "professional "should of known if she laminated it again it would cause breakage . never again will i go back ! I have no eyebrows now and now im going to pay more money to fix mine . so sad ! they did not give me no lamination effect and their tint doesn't last for more than 2 days ! terrible !
