The customer service is outstanding. Setting up and rescheduling an appointment was not complicated at all. Not once was I made to feel as if I was an inconvenience or that my request was a problem. The technician, Larry was courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing, what may have contributed to the issue, and checked to locate the problem. He thoroughly went go over the various services and procing. Thank you Climate Partners!

I love this company! They've handled so many things over the last 6 years that I have been a member, from big jobs like a new furnace with oil to gas conversion to small things like snaking the sink. Every technician, including Tim McGuire who got my kitchen sink flowing again this week, has been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Climate Partners.
