I am very happy with my recent experience with Bathfitters of Milford. I initially went down to the showroom to get an idea of what was available. The 2 people there were very nice & easily answered my questions.
Shortly after that Jacob came to my house to explain the process & assess my needs. His explanation of each step was precise & accurate. He was very helpful to be sure I made the right choices. I did end up wanting to change the wall I chose & as it turned out, I was lucky that he was able to accommodate me. He even kept my quick installation date, since he happened to have the item in stock. (I was lucky on that one!).

Thank you for Bath Fitter of Milford for our gorgeous new shower!
The salesman, Jacob, had many useful suggestions when asked for input. He worked around our schedule and came up with a great solution to a concern we had. Jacob met with us multiple times and spoke to us via phone until we were satisfied with decisions for outcome. There was no pressure while these decisions were being made by us.
We even stopped into the showroom multiple times just to look and were greeted by the owner and treated with no pressure but a willingness to answer questions if we had any.
We had a tub to shower conversion everything from sales rep (Jacob) to installation (Igor) was very professional and exceeded our expectations, we would highly recommend this company for your project
