The owner and operator of Alpha Lock & Key was quick, courteous, and respectful. Even in the middle of the night, he was quick to help. After a very stressful situation, he was readily available after hours and made me a priority. I highly recommend this business.

The lock smith went above and beyond. He explained the difference between a smart key and a proximity key. My audi s5 has the slot you can put the fob into. but you can also just leave the fob in your pocket and press the button.
