We were treated on time and with respect. I might be wrong but I believe her name was Kim. She took my call, knew I was stressed about finding care and found a way to get seen quickly. She was kind, understanding, quick, and extremely helpful. We were not brushed off to be sent somewhere else… as we had been several times prior to our call here. As someone with a need to be seen with no area vet, PV made us feel important and made it possible for us to be seen.
My husband took Pokey in for a nail trim. As always, Pokey was treated very well. The vet tech took the time to talk to my husband about Pokey's nails, the length, how often to have them trimmed, etc. It was much appreciated!
I felt heard and saw the care in the team for my minidachshund. I know he is in good hands. Every person from reception to Vet were so caring and attentive. The Neurological Vet even got on the floor to see Coby. Thank you. I say every single one! Thank you so much. How much care and empathy went to my dog
