Open MRI of Connecticut

There is nothing I can suggest to improve my experience here at Open MRI of CT. The staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. The facility is clean, quiet, and there is plenty of free parking right outside the front door. And results are sent to your Dr quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not being a big fan of having to get another MRI, I decided to try an open MRI. It was very easy to book an appointment at Open MRI of Connecticut at their Middletown location. The open MRI scanner(open on both sides) is much better than the closed narrow scanners. Depending on what they need to scan you may not even need to have your head in the scanner, or you may be able to turn your head to the side and look at the wall in the room. They have an excellent staff, and I would definitely recommend Open MRI of Connecticut Middletown location.

My tech Alyssa was awesome. She made me feel comfortable, calm and relaxed. She helped me through the difficulty of being claustrophobic while testing in the machine with all the loud noises. Miss Brenda at the front desk was understanding and cordial. I would recommend Open MRI. They worked around my schedule and were very accommodating.
