If there is an urgent situation, they will bend over backwards to get to you as soon as possible. Their guys patiently explain things and give you options; there is never any pressure. Although others may be less expensive, quality workmanship and trust are what are more important to me.

I actually just started working with Hicks Plumbing & Heating as a client—and ironically, that same week we started having issues with our toilets clogging and draining super slow (which has never happened to us before).
