Dr. O’callahan is amazing! Very sweet and explains everything clearly and in non-doctor terms for parents to understand. Also always asks if we have any questions. I’ve called a couple times with some medical questions and he had called after hours to put us at ease. Great doctor. BUT as the other reviews say, the wait to talk to someone on the phone can be long. Also they are very over booked and most times I have to see other doctors because o’callahan is always over booked.

Dr. O'Callahan, is great. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the office staff. When you call your on hold not for a few minuites but over 30 mins. And it's not like they are screening my call, because I haven't spoken to anyone. When I've gone into the office, I get told sorry, its a new phone system. I've been told this more than once over the past couple years. How many times are you changing your phone system? Why can't when I call my doctors office, I get through to the a person when I call. I have to drive up there to get anything done!
