I have nothing but good things to say about Cromwell Martial Arts. I’ve trained Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) there for almost two years now and everyone I’ve met has been very nice. Sensei Frank Shekosky has been an excellent instructor in all the Martial Arts he teaches. I’ve watched the Kenpo Karate classes and all the instructors have been highly knowledgeable and work very well with both adults and children. I highly recommend this place. If my son wanted to learn karate, this would be the perfect place for him.
Sensei Frank is an authority in Martial Arts, with decades of experience in Karate, Modern Arnis and other disciplines. In addition to experience, Sensei Frank has a unique pedagogy, being able to easily and patiently explain the necessary concepts to his students. I am very proud to have learned from Sensei Frank and I recommend everyone to check out the academy and its training programs.
i have known Frank Shekosky for 31 years and i am so proud to have been his friend all of these years. his teachings are all life lessons and also about learning to make good choice's. he is a very good teacher who knows how to get the best performance out of a student. i have had the pleasure of training with frank and for me he has had a very positive impact in my life and i can not thank him enough for being there for me when i needed someone to talk to. good friends like frank are a real rare breed and hard to come by. thank you frank for being my friend.
