I've had nothing but the utmost of care from all doctors, aprns and dentist's that I've seen in the last 19 years that I have had medical assistance for for many areas! I highly recommend CHC in Middletown Connecticut. It's also very big brand new building. Everything is brand new!

Only problem I have is zoom calls never on time.usualy take up to 30mins before it starts with that being said, Meredith Campbell is an excellent person she really cares about you

Dr. Matthew Huddleston has been my primary for years. So warm, encouraging, great listener, if you do yor homework with his words, your lifestyle will improve in numerous ways!! All the referrals he may have been alot but the reward at the end is worth it!! If he ever leaves, I will travel anywhere to keep him as my Doctor and friend!!

One star is even a stretch but this place is absolutely horrible . They have taken on more people than they know what to do with and all us patients end up suffering because of it . Asking to have your doctor call back to review test results is it literally impossible . For four days I had screenshot the length of time I’ve spent talking to all the customer service reps and all the time being placed on hold And it was a total of almost 6 hours !!!!!! . When I actually got through with someone ( I have a dozen different names that I’ve written down to whom I’ve talked to ) they entered my messages as high priority/urgent and STILL had no call back . Not from any assistant , Not any doctors or not even any department managers , NOBODY !!!! To make matters worse every operator kept telling me my DR said that my results have not come in yet when IN FACT they’ve been sitting there for four days because I talked to the person @ imaging that signed it and sent it through via fax four days prior . Where the faxes get sent in that building and who takes care of it from there I have no Idea but clearly none of you are on the same page and it shows. People are better off going to the walk-in clinic or the emergency room for anything rather than come here .

Great place to go for medical care, very nice people working there as well. Specifically Adrian at the front desk is very nice and pleasant, and my doctor Meredith Campbell is one of the nicest and most professional people you could ever meet. I appreciate her more than she could understand. 10/10

Sadly they have no communication between the front desk and the doctor, though they are only a short walk away if workers aren't so lazy. Multiple times has messages not been given, multiple errors on sending referrals correctly , several times medications were not sent over correctly, overall the only reason they got a 2 was their location is convenient. Over a month I have not been able to lift my arm more than a couple inches from my side with severe pain, meanwhile all they can say is a pinched nerve in my neck. My muscle is visibly moved on my bicep. They refused an MRI and I had to go to Clinton location to be heard. More worried about profits over people. Do not recommend Sade.

I’m very impressed with my first visit here. I moved to the area not too long ago and needed a new provider, but was weary. Check in was painless, I felt comfortable and was seen promptly. I believe I made the right decision coming here.
