Really happy with the service and overall experience here. I saw Jaxi and was happy with the result. My niece also got her hair cut there and was really pleased. They have reasonable prices, and it's easy to book appointments online. Would definitely recommend.
I have been going here for over a year and have had an amazing experience each time. Staff are courteous, ask thoughtful questions about my hair, and are very knowledgeable and informative. My stylist was Jaxi, and my most recent haircut has been my favorite so far! I have NEVER received so many compliments on a hair cut before!! Everyone keeps thinking I got a blowout but it’s just the incredible haircut by Jaxi. It’s been so easy and fun to style. I strongly recommend Jaxi at Citi hair for an amazing experience!!
I have been going to Heather for over 15 years, she is the only one I trust with my hair! My kids and husband now see her too. Heather is patient and accommodating to my kids crazy requests and also does a fantastic job on my husband's cowlicky hair and long beard.
The salon is clean and inviting, Heather and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We are definitely lifers at CitiHair!
