Jeff is one of the rudest people I met. He interrupted me 2x during the wake while people were coming up to me and saying sorry for my loss. Would NEVER go back here. They are only about business not for the people. This is a death … it should not be rushed at all. He also stoped people from coming in at the wake. If I can give a 0 I would. The obituary also had typos. They also didn’t get back to me when I called in to ask them about something but at the wake they interrupted me once more about it and tried to convince me to do it because of the money when I said no. Couldn't speak more highly of the experience we had with Biega's Funeral Home. Incredibly kind and attentive staff who supported our family with the utmost care at every step.
We have had two bad experiences at this funeral home. They are overpriced with very poor customer service.
When my grandmother passed away, my wife and I planned the funeral. The entire time, they tried to get us to spend more money. They kept telling us about the more expensive options that were part of her late husband’s funeral. We were met with an attitude when we turned those options down.
Then when my father passed away the customer service was even worse. They forgot to publish his obituary. Then the prayer cards had three typos. Both these things are unacceptable to me. It just shows that you take no pride in your work.
