Let me first start of by saying my first experience with Powder Ridge was absolutely phenomenal. I have a cat who has had a rash for several weeks now. I had an appointment and had a very short wait until I was called in and greeted by the amazing technician Jess. She told me in detail what to expect for my visit. Allowed time to allow my cat to warm up to her before going to get Dr. Carey who is also amazing. They definitely assured me my fur baby was going to be okay. My wife brought our cat Donna in for a wellness and possible vaccines. Donna has an unusual skin condition no one is absolutely sure what it is. My wife requested the vaccines be held off for another visit until we had a better diagnosis. This request was honored. My wife also respectfully brought up information she researched about this skin condition and Dr. Michael was in no way intimidated and listened intently. She recommended a better shampoo, prescribed medication for her ears and advised us to make an appointment for her vaccines and a recheck.
