Impossible to communicate with. Technician was suppose to contact us and we heard nothing. Have been waiting since 8 am, not 4 pm and complete no-show. It's been 19 days!! Part has been here for 5 days and yet we are still waiting.Service: Refrigerator repair

Jose was very professional. I needed my stove looked at. I called him at 5pm and he was at my house within an hour. Within 10mns he fixed the problem and his rate was fair and reasonable. STAY FAR AWAY ! I called and spoke to jose, i explained to him that my mother who just recently had a stroke just got back home and found her refrigerator not working he assured me that he will take good care of her. I told him i would call him back to arrange a time for him to check it out. This is where things went wrong, he went to my mother's house anyway and said that I sent him my brother who was there figured i did and let him check it chraged $ 90 dollars and fixed nothing he said he cleaned the back of it and to call him in 2 days if it didn't cool !
