Excellent care from the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by a kind volunteer to every staff member in my journey of my hip replacement. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you and I am so glad my second hip replacement was done at this institute with my wonderful surgeon.
Had a torn meniscus cleaned up.They have a GREAT system with Patient numbers and color coded charts on TV In lobbyMy wife came in with me into Pre-Op and her comment was "they were all so wonderful and pretty, I have never seen such a beautiful group of people "LoL, I was medicated early, so I only remember Pahola and Denisa, and Max did my Post OpIt was a great experience after having been to the VA several times, this was awesome!!
