“What an amazing job Dave did on my carpet. My dogs came down sick and stained my carpet. He explained that he wasn't sure if he would be able to get the stains out. Very honest and up front. He also gave me some knowledge on not all stain and carpet sprays will actually get the soil out. I can't say enough, but I am grateful that he was able to save my 5-year-old carpet. Thank you, Dave. - Out of the 3 prices we had, NES was the best price.
- I had A LOT of questions in the attempt to make an informed decision. Shane answered all of them for me, even the ones he had to get more information on. Other vendors seemed to get frustrated answering the same questions.
- They took delivery of it, checked the unit to make sure everything was correct, then repacked it for us to pick up. They answered more questions when we picked it up.
