Dali is amazing she did my color to perfection and gave me the best cut I have ever had! She was very friendly, and gave me very useful tips! I will be coming back again just to see her!

Kids week at Foxwoods!! You’d think kids would be the challenge, but in reality it can be the adults. Jonathan from the Pequot towers Norwich spa was truly grace and class under pressure of disgruntled adult pool guests. He has a great attitude and managed to stay professional and friendly while on the receiving end of negativity!!

Our family would like to recognize the consistently high level of personable customer service repeatedly delivered by Jonathan at the Grand Pequot Pool & Spa. Our party (of 7) visits Foxwoods on a near-monthly basis, routinely staying for several days each stay. This allows us to frequent the Pool & Spa each visit.
When Jonathan is on-shift, he consistently greets us warmly - and really makes us feel at home. But his level of engagement and professionalism goes beyond that:
