Overall a good office and provider, but I had some issues on my last visit. Context: Without going into too much detail, I have a lifelong history of fairly severe refractive error but still correctable by glasses and/or contact lenses.
My dumb mistake was not bringing my prior prescription with me. However, I had seen Dr Rafalowski about 2.5 years ago and thought he would have my records. Regardless, getting to the refraction was a struggle for various reasons, I could have spoken up more to try to find my records.

Highly recommend this office! I had an eye emergency and called Doctor Rafalowsky's office as soon as they opened. They got me an appointment that same morning and had my eye taken care of. Great experience!

I've been a patient for at least a few years now, I was referred by my Aunt who has been going here for several years. The staff are always kind and on time. The visit doesn't drag on, it is right to the point. The staff is very helpful and patient.
