“Overall a good office and provider, but I had some issues on my last visit.
Context:
Without going into too much detail, I have a lifelong history of fairly severe refractive error but still correctable by glasses and/or contact lenses.
My dumb mistake was not bringing my prior prescription with me. However, I had seen Dr Rafalowski about 2.5 years ago and thought he would have my records. Regardless, getting to the refraction was a struggle for various reasons, I could have spoken up more to try to find my records.
Overall, Dr Rafalowsky and his staff go the extra distance to help, including weekend hours and forgoing the dreaded eye dilation if possible.”
