The owner (Polly) gave me exactly what I wanted, & more. She is the BEST!! I received a consultation, cut and corrective color/highlight. She very knowledgeable & informative, very up to date on new trends, products, etc. I have referred people there that are as ecstatic as I am, every time. I took my teenage son here for the first time a couple weeks ago for a perm. The owner (I forgot her name) was very nice. She went over everything with my son on how to take care of it. It came out great! I especially loved the fact that when it didn't take the first time she was so professional about it. She didn't give us a hard time and did the perm over the following week. We will definitely be back. I would recommend her for sure!
