I did not have an appointment but I only had to wait 10 - 15 minutes before I was taken (which is quicker than most). My stylist (Kim) greeted me with nothing but kindness. She made sure I was comfortable. Even though I knew what I wanted she let me take my time to relax and make my decision. She was very attentive, personable and gentle. I'm giving 4 stars only because my toenails came out a bit, like the nail polish wasn't smooth on my big toes, it looked rough so did the overall shape and other toes didn't look fully covered with polish. Nice employees and pedicure chairs, but they had a bit of bugs flying around and that annoyed me because one got in my dunkin drink and I had to throw it away. 😞“
