Signed up for the 8hr required safety training course through New Street and we are now 1hr 45 minutes into it and the instructor hasn't touched upon a single relevant or required piece of information. We've discussed all the extras they offer for classes and instructions/lessons all for additional costs though. This is a huge disapointment and wast of our time and money. I really hope over the next few parts of this course they actually touch upon the mandated list of topics the state requires.

I'm so upset for my daughter. Her in class lessons ended right when everything shut down for Covid. So we didn't schedule driving lessons until the end of March. Been trying to get the 4 lessons done for months now. They have cancelled our lessons on the day of the lesson 3 times now. No reason given this last time. Has been scheduled for over 2 months. I have now lost 3 days of work and am only inching towards her getting the CS1 required by DMV. Totally unacceptable. Update: once again - they have cancelled on us. At least this time it's a day before. I cannot find a way to direct message anyone about this and the people on the phone, while pleasant enough,... read full review
