“I wish I could advertise in every ER in central CT that if your injury is ortho/joint related to just come here! Spent over 3 hrs at Hartford for them to leave me still questioning what was going on as well as my pain increasing over the following days. I came here, spent around a half hour, was fully taken care of from start to end AND I was told what possibly happened and why I am in pain. I haven’t felt this heard in a Dr’s office like ever. Please if you are wondering if you should come here - do it! Even calling in and speaking to a representative was pleasant!! I asked if they could see me and she even went into the details of insurance charging for re-imaging since we just got xrays elsewhere. Such a good experience everyone is knowledgeable and kind. Seriously felt the compassion in these healthcare workers. Thank you ladies from Thalia on the phone to the CNA & DR who seen us“
