Everyone is knowledgeable and kind, providing great care and a great response to problems. It is highly recommended for orthopedic care vs the ER.
My first time going here. Best place i have ever gone. Staff was beyond excellent. I had Robert B.Brancato,PA-C. Excellent knowledge, gentle and caring,listens to you and does not judge you I highly recommend this practice.
I wish I could advertise in every ER in central CT that if your injury is ortho/joint related to just come here! Spent over 3 hrs at Hartford for them to leave me still questioning what was going on as well as my pain increasing over the following days. I came here, spent around a half hour, was fully taken care of from start to end AND I was told what possibly happened and why I am in pain. I haven’t felt this heard in a Dr’s office like ever. Please if you are wondering if you should come here - do it! Even calling in and speaking to a representative was pleasant!! Right knee scheduled for total replacement in the spring was acting up - swollen and painful - right before I was to leave on a trip to an industry conference. Airports, walking the show, etc.
I called on a Saturday, Danielle agreed to see me without a previously scheduled appointment, and fixed my knee, making my trip doable. Great response to my problem, and great care
