I went in to get my nails taken off. The guy there ( I didn't catch his name) was very friendly. I had injured my finger due to having long gel nails. He was very gentle. There were a few customers waiting to get manicures and pedicures. I liked the fact he didn't rush through me to help the next. When I go back I will definitely request him. He made the process easy. Thank you!

I'm giving them 4stars, because reading the reviews. I didn't really expect the service that I got. I didn't get the guys name, both he and Ann did a good job. My only complaint, the filing of my nails. I have a few rough ones and one nail with half top coat. I would recommend them. Plus I got a Christmas gift!
