I am a senior that uses a cane. I had gone to another place and was not helped so walked out and went to Penneys. The woman offered me a chair, brought over frames to try and treated me with respect. Plus there was a sale! I should have gone there to start with! I will again!

Came in a few weeks ago to get new glasses. I had the pleasure of working with Ed, not only was he professional but he was sensitive to my busy schedule and was able to get me in and out. He exceeded my expectations, I will absolutely be going back for any of my optical needs. A+ for customer service!
