I'm a first time home buyer with a low budget. A few realtors walked away once they learned the number but not Maria. She really was a positive light throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain every step. She always followed through to get the seller to accept our offers as well as return the deposit when the inspection revealed too many issues. I can happily say we closed on 3-9-2020 on a home that's move in ready, in a good neighborhood, and it has every thing on my wish list :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart Maria!! We hired Maria to sell our house while we were living out of state, and we are so glad we did! She handled everything from listing the house, coordinating showings with our tenants, and even contacting contractors on our behalf to have work done on the property! She made sure all details were taken care of so that we would not have any issues at closing. We could have peace of mind knowing Maria was there to handle things for us in an efficient and effective manner. Maria has been my wife’s realtor for many years and when we started to look for “our” home she insisted we use Maria. Well, after 2 years and a global pandemic, Maria stuck with us till the end.
