My Mom passed away unexpectedly in April. During this time, my family and I were in complete shock over this and didn't really know how to go about planning everything. From the first time we met with Sarah we knew that Mom would be taken care of with love, care and respect. She put us as ease every step of the way, taking special care of our Dad who had just lost his wife of 65 years.
