From the first time we met with Sarah we knew that Mom would be taken care of with love, care and respect. She put us as ease every step of the way, taking special care of our Dad who had just lost his wife of 65 years. The staff at Holmes Watkins went above and beyond to ensure the entire process went smoothly, and when it didn’t they worked quickly to get the situation resolved, all in a manner that kept us as ease. Our 93 year old mom recently passed away. Colton from Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home helped us during this difficult time. He was friendly, kind, and caring. We knew we could entrust the care of our beloved mom to him. Even though it was a very small funeral Colton made sure we had first class treatment and he saw to our every need. He helped us choose the arrangements that suited our needs. He set up a beautiful room for us to grieve. He helped us write our mom’s obituary. He set up a police escort to the cemetery and Colton and Elizabeth both served as pall bearers for us. Alfredo, Sarah, and Elizabeth are absolutely the most professional and caring people I could of asked for while dealing with the passing of my dad. They helped my family and I navigate through one of the toughest times in our lives as if they were part of our family. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the complete grieving process, and my family and I are very grateful for everything they did.
