Dalene Flooring Carpet One has garnered mixed reviews from customers. Many praise the knowledgeable and friendly sales representatives, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by Connie and Brian, who are known for their helpful and non-pushy approach. The store offers a wide selection of products, enabling customers to take home samples and make informed decisions.
While the sales experience is often described as pleasant and stress-free, the quality of the installation work has received some criticism. Customers reported issues with tile work in bathrooms being rushed and not aligned properly, and concerns about the quality of wood flooring, which had noticeable holes. However, some customers were satisfied with their installation experiences, noting that installers like Angelo, Angel, and Mason were professional, attentive, and responsive to any questions or concerns.
Overall, Dalene Flooring Carpet One is a family-owned business that many recommend for its customer service and product selection, but potential clients may want to verify the quality of installation work based on individual experiences.
Great sales reps, mixed results on the actual work. Backsplash in the kitchen well done, tile work in the bathrooms seems rushed and not straight. Wood floors have a good amount of holes in them which could just be the quality of the wood they use. Overall disappointing experience.
Top Notch sales people and installers!
I would easily recommend salesman Brian Mozzero. Laid back, easy going, non pushy, very pleasant to work with!
Angelo was the installer, was a great guy, went out of his way for a few things!
Everyone who works there is very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended!!!
EXCELLENT after sales service by Linda! Thank you for your hard work.
