I have been going to see Laura at the Costcutters in Manchester Ct for over 10 years. She has always given me a great color and hair cut when needed. Laura is very friendly and personable and will do her best to make you happy. I would recommend making an appointment first if you have a special occasion. And greatly recommend this salon!
It was my first time going to the Cost Cutters in Manchester, CT. I was a bit apprehensive after reading a lot of bad reviews.
I was pleased that my haircut turned out really nice. April, my new hairdresser did an excellent job! And she was very friendly too.
It was $26.95 for a haircut and blow dry for someone with long hair, but no shampooing.
There was a 4% surcharge for using a credit card, so added up to $28.03. I paid $33.03 including tips. The price was extremely reasonable.
April gave me a reward card, after 10 visits, the 11th one is FREE.

It all depends on who you get. Be careful, they throw rookies in there who have NO clue clue what their doing.. I go there because it's cheap and convenient. I have walked out of there unhappy a few times I must admit.
