It all depends on who you get. Be careful, they throw rookies in there who have NO clue clue what their doing.. I go there because it's cheap and convenient. I have walked out of there unhappy a few times I must admit.

I’ve been going to this Cost Cutters for a little over a year now. (Super picky with my hair, I’ve got a nice receding hairline, so there’s only so much you can do with it to make it look halfway decent lol. Finally figured it all out but for some reason, no one ever actually cuts it the way I ask them). Finally, I found April at Manchester Cost Cutters and not only does she cut it the way I ask, but she just gives a great haircut. Sometimes they just know what they’re doing, sometimes-not so much. April is a top notch hairstylist and I’m super glad I found her. Highly, highly recommended!!! Thank you, April!!!

Great haircut today. Debbie did a fantastic job. She did exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and helpful with products. She is now my go to girl!!!!
